Gran Melia Dubai and Zuma Dubai Beachhouse to debut in Dubai in 2025.
An all-new Melia property, Gran Melia Dubai will open in 2025, with Zuma’s new beachside location right next to it.
The five-star hotel with a double-front beach plot will overlook the Port de La Mer marina.
The five-star property located in Port de la Mer will offer 380 rooms with ocean and city skyline views. The complex will feature direct access to the marina and will feature event facilities with a capacity of over 1,000 people.
In line with Dubai’s focus on people of determination, the hotel will feature rooms specifically designed for those with special needs and is said to boast an architectural ethos which reflects the waterfront inspired design of La Mer, as per information on Middle East Project Intelligence and Tenders.
The Gran Meliá Dubai Jumeirah is scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2025. This new hotel adds to the portfolio of Meliá Hotels International, which currently comprises 12 hotels in Africa and the Middle East, located in Tanzania, Cape Verde, the United Arab Emirates, Mozambique, and Morocco.
Zuma Dubai Beachhouse
The new launch will mark Zuma’s third location in the UAE. The Zuma Dubai Beachhouse will be situated at the tip of La Mer, the coastline that stretches between the Pearl Jumeirah and Jumeirah Bay.
Once open, the venue will feature a lounge and bar, day beds, a contemporary pool overlooking the sea as well as access to the private 140-metre beachfront, and a resident DJ playing throughout the day. Guests at Beachhouse will enjoy Zuma’s renowned creative mixology and izakaya menu in a new setting, as the coastal location will open for lunch and pool bookings every day.
